Planet Gothica Trick or Treat

This sort of thing happened to a guy I met down here. There was this creepy lady who lived across the street who he never saw, and on Halloween, his dad dared him to go knock on her door. When she came out, she was pale and had bright red hair and had a shirt on sporting a vampire with bloody fangs. The conversation that followed went as shown above.
